Newbuild Projects Management
We have access to a large pool of local inspectors, particularly in Europe, Turkey, China and Korea who have been known for many years and who are well aware of the quality level of site supervision.
We believe that an excellent site team with strong supervision skills will reduce the running costs and the operational life of the vessels based on the initial quality of vessels.
We can provide a complete shipbuilding team as well as each person individually comprising of the following members (Local/Eastern/European):

-
Site Manager
-
Hull&Outfitting Inspectors
-
Machinery&Outfitting Inspectors
-
Electrical&Outfitting Inspectors
-
Coating Inspectors
-
Office Administrative Assistants

Our team includes project managers, site managers, and site supervisors as well as a specialist with highly skilled corresponding to project-specific requirements. The Site Team closely monitors the yard’s Daily inspections, building activity to ensure that various equipment & systems elements meet the specifications.
With more than 15 years of experience in New Building site supervision, we have got our experience with more than 50 vessels, in more than 20 shipyards in Korea, China, Turkish, and Eu Shipyards. Our experience with different ship types includes the building of Bulk Carriers, Product and Crude Oil Tankers, Chemical Tankers, Container Vessels and Platform Supply Vessels, LPG and LNG vessels, Bitumen vessels, Fishing Product and process vessels, RORO, and Car carrier.

Shipbuilding Tech.Specification review and negotiation: We can review Technical building specifications, maker list and drawings according to aspects by the owner such as accessibility, maintenance of machinery and systems as well as comfort onboard.

Design consultancy and Plan approval (including design optimization) as Material, equipment, makers
selection and negotiations: To review the building specification, drawing and plans, Hull form optimization management, Model test attendances are the most critical stage for the preparation of the project should be thoroughly reviewed prior to contract signing.

Site Supervision,
Site supervisors consider other aspects of equal importance apart from the actual inspections as scheduled by the shipyard such as Factory acceptance tests, patrol inspections for Sub-contractors, equipment storage control, official inspections, Commissioning, Docking-Mooring trials, sea trial carried out to the owner’s satisfaction that we keep fully informed as to whether the performance of the vessel and its systems have met the agreed contractual and vessel’s specifications.
Auditing of the shipyard and all subcontractors with respect to HSE and quality control, Daily patrolling of all workshop areas and subcontractors to ensure highest quality level, Follow-up of all inspection comments and non-conformance reports prior to final acceptance of inspection items.
Weekly and monthly progress reports are submitted to Owners covering the status of Hull Construction, Surface Preparation & Coating, Machinery, Piping, Electrical Installations, and Outfitting Works; containing defects, critical issues and risks as well as follow up actions.

CONCEPT DESIGN
We start each new project from the Concept Design phase. Our passion for innovation and creativity to explore all possible design options while keeping in mind the client’s operational requirements. Using our all experience and previous reference designs. While each design is highly customizable to the client’s needs, a concept design typically involves the followings:

-
Vessel Description
-
General Arrangement for Outboard and Inboard Profiles
-
Preliminary Lines Plan
-
Initial Weight Estimates
-
Preliminary Speed & Power Prediction
BASIC DESIGN
We can proceed to the Basic design stage to develop the concept design to a level that enables shipyards to calculate the price of the building of your vessel. A few of the deliverables during this phase include:

-
Updated General Arrangement & Outboard Profile plans
-
Weight and Centre of Gravity Calculation
-
Speed & Power Calculation
